A Little Kindness…

Hi! We’re heading into the weekend – have you something exciting planned? We’re helping my Dad out with a few things before he has a new kitchen fitted in his home. I can’t wait to see it finished – I know I shall be so jealous!

Today I have another card from last month’s Laughs & PaperCrafts group. It uses the Kinda Eclectic stamp set and it’s based on several cards I’ve seen out there. This was a stamp set I’d held off getting, but eventually caved after all the great ideas out there!

We stamped a background using the big Sunshine stamp and Hello Honey ink onto a mat of Whisper White card.

We then added a few leaves using Early Espresso ink. We stamped another set of leaves onto a scrap of white card and fussy cut those out.

Onto a separate piece of white card, we stamped the dotted background in Crumb Cake ink, and then added the sentiment on top with Bermuda Bay ink. This is added to the main mat using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The fussy cut leaves are stuck just behind this sentiment.

Finally, we stamped the butterflies using Bermuda Bay ink onto some scraps of white, punched them out with the coordinating punches and added them to the card using Glue Dots. The whole mat is then added to a Crumb Cake base card.

I find this such a happy card! I hope you like it and it adds a little sunshine to your day! Have a great weekend, whatever you’re doing.
