Honeycomb Fun for the Artisan Design Team!

Honeycomb Fun - Artisan Design Team Blog Hop - Stamping With Val - Valerie Moody; Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. X

Hi There! Welcome to another Artisan Design Team blog hop where 20 Stampin’ Up demonstrators from around the world are sharing their recent SU! creations with you.

Today, I’m sharing some of the fun I’ve been having with the Honeycomb Embellishments available in the Occasions catalogue. Stampin’ Up! shared in the catalogue how they make great ice cream tops – and I just had to go one step further and make 3D Ice Creams with them!

Of course, once I’d made them, it was then a case of what to do with them! This is what I came up with:

Can you hear me squealing? Seriously, how cute a gift does this make?!

Of course, then I had a make a card too, and the Sale-a-Bration Honeycomb Happiness is the perfect choice with its ice cream stamp!

What would you do with the 3D Ice Creams?

I hope you’ve enjoyed my project for the Artisan Design Team today. Please hop on over to the lovely Allison, who is going to WOW! you with her creation!

  13. OK, so I had absolutely no interest in the honeycomb embellishments until I saw this. Too adorable!! Can you share how you made the cone part? I see you used Timeless Textures for the stamp on it (GREAT idea). Did you just punch a circle and then wrap it into a cone? If so, what size? Thanks so much…now I’ve got to put another order in. ;o)
