5 Minute Monday!

Hello! I hope you had an amazing weekend? Mine was great, it just went too fast! The weeks feel like they are rushing by – it’ll be Christmas before we know it! Sorry, but it had to be said!

Do you make your own Christmas Cards? Do you make them all different, or all the same? Or perhaps a couple of batches of a few designs? I know some people hate the repetition of making the same card over and over. Me – I don’t mind. I get into a rhythm, get a production line going and just get on with it.

However, more than that, I like a quick card. Now, your definition of quick may be different to mine. If your average card takes you 2 hours to create, then a 30 minute card may seem quick to you. For me, 30 minutes is a looooong time to make a card, so a quick card for me is 5 – 10 minutes max! That’s what I have for you today. In fact, you could make both of these in 10 minutes and probably knock out 10 in 30 minutes – easily! The perfect Christmas card in fact, if you hate hours of repetition:

With this design, you could say ‘done’ to all your Christmas cards in just one afternoon, I reckon. It’s cute, a little quirky, but most of all – QUICK! Love that!

The cute reindeer clips just speak for themselves on this card. I added a little Home For Christmas Enamel Dot for Rudolph’s red nose, stamped a sentiment and voila!

Let me know what a ‘quick’ card means for you.
